1. Controller and contact

The controller of data related to the przemyslaw.wilde.pl site is Przemysław Wilde (Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Silesia, Poland). For privacy and data matters, you can contact me through the form at tech.wilde.pl/kontakt. After you open that form, the TECH.WILDE privacy policy applies.

2. What data may be processed?

You do not enter data in a form on przemyslaw.wilde.pl. The site has no user accounts or newsletter. When you open the site, Cloudflare may still process technical data needed to deliver and protect it. This may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address you opened, and basic browser and device information.

Cloudflare Web Analytics gives me aggregate statistics, such as the number of visits and page views, popular pages and traffic sources. It does not give me user profiles or the history of an individual person.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data may be processed for the following purposes:

• delivering the site, keeping it reliable and protecting it from abuse, based on the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• creating aggregate statistics and improving the site, based on the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• replying when you choose to contact me through an external service, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when your message concerns possible cooperation.

Information is stored on or accessed from your device in line with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. The settings that remember your language and theme provide functions that you request. Piorunek stores its memory only after separate consent.

4. Contact through other services

If you write to me through the TECH.WILDE site, LinkedIn or another social service, I may process your contact details and the message to reply. The operator of the service also processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Providing data in a message is voluntary, but I may not be able to reply without the details needed to handle it.

5. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare provides hosting, CDN, security and analytics services. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare and companies that support its services. Cloudflare operates globally, so data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes its safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, in its privacy policy.

If you contact me through a social service, the operator of that service will also receive the data.

6. How long is data kept?

Technical data is kept for the time needed to deliver and protect the site, detect abuse and prepare aggregate statistics, in line with Cloudflare settings and rules.

I keep messages until the matter is closed. They may later be kept until relevant legal claim periods end, or for a period required by law, when this applies.

7. Browser storage and Piorunek

The site may remember your theme and language in your browser. See the Cookie and browser storage policy for details.

Piorunek works locally. After you agree, it remembers whether you muted it, which hints it has already shown and counters for the sections you visit. It does not store the full history of page addresses, create a user account or send its memory to me or another server. You can withdraw consent in its panel or by deleting site data in your browser.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR provides these rights, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. When the legal conditions apply, you may also use the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier actions.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. For data matters, use the contact form.

9. Automated decisions and profiling

I do not make automated decisions about you and I do not use profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects. Piorunek uses local rules only to adjust hints on your device.

10. English version of this site

The English version of this site (addresses starting with /en/) is translated automatically from the Polish originals using AI. Translations go live without a human reading them. The Polish version is the original — every English page carries a notice saying so, and posts link back to their Polish source.
