Toolkit
These are things I really use when working with products. Some come from market and B2B experience, some from my technical background, and some from tools I learned along the way. A certificate is an extra. What matters more is whether the knowledge helps me make a better decision.
Product, market, data and engineering
Product and business development
I develop product portfolios and look for the right place for products on the market. In practice, this means working with customers, sales teams, suppliers and partners, also outside Poland. For me, a product does not end with the roadmap. It still needs to reach the people who will sell and use it.
Market and competition
I check what customers are looking for, how the market is changing and what competitors are doing. I use this information when making decisions about the portfolio and product direction. Not every gap in a chart means that something should be built.
Data and decisions
Data should help me make a decision, not only look good in a report. I use Excel, Power BI and analytics when they help me test an assumption, compare options or explain a problem in a simpler way.
AI as a tool
I use AI for research, analysis, working with text and quick prototypes. I test different models and tools, but AI is not the goal by itself. If a tool does not save time or improve the work, I usually stop using it.
The rest does not fit into a table. Steering a conversation to a decision, asking the awkward question at the right moment, and the patience to explain the same thing to four people in four different ways.

I do not only read about tools — I build them
Nothing sorts out your thinking about technology like putting something together with your own hands. Hence the 5 tools on this site. Each one exists because I needed it myself, each one runs entirely in the browser and sends nothing to a server. On each one I also say openly how much of the code AI wrote.
